01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between users of the winbb platform and its services ("User" or "you") and the entity operating winbb. By accessing the winbb website, application, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Key definitions used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" — The winbb website, mobile version, and all services included therein.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile through which services are accessed.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) that can be used in games.
• "Bonus Balance" — Promotional funds granted by winbb, withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus or winnings funds can be withdrawn.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the winbb platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and current. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited.
• Accounts may only be registered for personal use. Operating an account on behalf of a business or a third party is not permitted.

Account Verification

winbb may at any time request documents for identity verification. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.

03 Account Management

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, unless winbb is promptly notified of unauthorised access.

• Transferring, selling, or giving a winbb account to another person is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

winbb supports transactions through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• When depositing, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• winbb does not charge any processing fee on deposit amounts.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus balance, it cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

winbb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms. Full details of the welcome bonus are provided below:

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only and cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it converts to real money only once wagering requirements are met.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• winbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts or exploiting the system to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account cancellation.

06 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is a prerequisite for making bonus funds withdrawable. At winbb, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Wagering counts only for games played with real money or bonus balance.
• Certain games may contribute only partially to wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.
• Placing bets beyond the wagering limit may result in cancellation of previous winnings.

07 Fair Play & Prohibitions

winbb is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or any program to play games.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses using false identities.
• Harassing or abusing any other user.

For any of the violations described above, winbb may immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit all deposited and won funds.

winbb's VIP program has four tiers. Your tier increases based on your gaming activity, and each tier offers special benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week and exclusive benefits.

winbb reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits at any time. VIP cashback bonuses follow the same wagering policy.

10 Responsible Gaming
